What we collect

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, deliver requested materials, provide and improve our property management and guest services, schedule assessments and calls, and, where you have expressly consented, send you text messages and emails about your inquiry.

Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, we use your number solely to communicate with you as described at opt-in. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example messaging, scheduling, and CRM platforms), under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry data as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at tech@aldervr.com. Opt out of texts via STOP; of emails via the unsubscribe link.
